Check out our Grey's Anatomy Season 13: Episode 6 recap if you missed it. The official synopsis for Episode 7 ("Why Try to Change Me Now") reads: "The arrival of a new consultant puts all of the doctors on edge, especially once she starts stepping on toes in the OR. Amelia and Owen bring their personal problems into the hospital, while April explores some uncharted territory."

It looks like the residents have been called in for a group meeting in the Episode 7 spoiler photos. We see some of the doctors raising their hands in a couple of pics, and generally looking a bit on edge. Dr. Webber also seems displeased as he's talking to Bailey. Webber is not in the conference room, but he watches what's going on through the room's glass window and does not look happy. Riggs, April, Maggie and Arizona also might possibly be watching the meeting from outside the room as well. They're lined up with uncomfortable looks on their faces, but Riggs manages to lighten the mood by raising his hand, seemingly along with the residents in the conference room. The Grey's Anatomy Episode 7 trailer shed a bit of light about what's going on in the hospital. Alex tells Meredith, "They're going to overhaul the program," and it seems that he must be talking about the residency program. But then why are people like Arizona worried about losing their jobs? What do you think the meeting in the spoiler photos is about?
