melty Future Awards 2017, meet the International Female Award nominees

It may still be 2016, but each passing day brings us closer and closer to the new year and we're ready to look to the future! The 2017 melty Future Awards to be exact. Check out the nominees for the International Female Award here

Our annual melty Future Awards is on the horizon and seeks to recognise the hottest up-and-coming stars of the new year. Here's all you need to know to prepare for the 2017 melty Future Awards, and without further ado we present to you our nominations for the Special International Female category, which seeks to award five very talented ladies. First up there's Bella Thorne, an American actress who's starring in the new Freeform series Famous in Love. Next is Katie Cassidy, who we loved on The CW's Arrow (R.I.P. Laurel). Our next nominee Nina Dobrev was our favorite thing about The Vampire Diaries. We really hope to see her return one last time for the series' final season, but for now we'll just look forward to seeing Dobrev star alongside Vin Diesel in xXx: Return of Xander Cage.

Ebba Tove Elsa Nilsson, better known as Tove Lo, is a Swedish singer known for her hit songs "Habit (Stay High)", "Talking Body" and "Cool Girl". And last, but certainly not least, there's Zoe Kravitz. Her parents are Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz, and she's appeared in numerous blockbusters including Mad Max: Fury Road, the Divergent series, and most recently Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. We also recently introduced our nominees for the Coming Soon International category, which you can check out here if you missed it. The melty Future Awards will be back in action at Paris' Grand Rex on February 6, 2017 for a star-studded night celebration, spectacular performances and tons of fun! So what are you waiting for? The future is calling and it's up to you to decide who takes home the prize! Who would you like to see win the Special International Female Award?
