Game of Thrones Season 7 is months away from release but so far there have been possibly a bit too many production leaks coming from the sets in Ireland and Spain, but can they be trusted?
Game of Thrones Season 7 will be released in the summer of 2017, but already we have been bombarded with spoilers from the set of Northern Ireland and southern Spain since production first began. Although it's hard not to look at them and get caught up in the hype of what could possibly go down next season, we are reminded by Entertainment Weekly, the that showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss aren't strangers to pulling pranks.
One of the most recent spoilers from the set of Game of Thrones Season 7, saw an epic meeting between two legendary characters, but could this all be a prank? EW reports, "Going into Season 7, a big question is who will meet whom now that all the main characters are arriving in Westeros. So having actors dressed up meeting each other on set could mean they’re in scenes together … or it might not." It's very possible that this could all be too good to be true.
When we last saw our favourite characters, Jon Snow has been named King in the North with Sansa at his side, and Arya arrived back in Westeros and slashed Walder Frey's throat (finally). Meanwhile at long last, Daenerys set sail for King's Landing with her squad, dragons, armies and the Greyjoys at her side, ready to knock Queen Cersei off the Iron Throne. Therefore, when we see a photo of two noble families making a selfie-tastic alliance, we can't help but feel that this could come to light next year when the highly anticipated Season 7 finally premieres. Season 6 left things on a fairly positive note as far as life on Game of Thrones goes, however we have a feeling that despite imminent reunions and significant introductions there could also be a disastrous turn for everyone if a certain Night King finally arrives at the Wall. Do you think that the leaked set photos are fake?
