Game of Thrones Season 7: Sophie Turner teases Sansa's fate after receiving her script

Game of Thrones will see a longer wait until the release of Season 7, but Sophie Turner who has already received her script, has wasted no time in teasing what the future holds for Sansa Stark.

After Sansa won the Battle of the Bastards for Jon in Game of Thrones Season 6, her loyalty to her brother was seemingly compromised as Littlefinger tried to get her under his control once again. Sophie Turner recently confirmed Sansa's curiosity towards Littlefinger's plan to take the Iron Throne as man and wife. This was mainly due to the fact that since Jon was proclaimed King in the North, he accepted this title and gave no credit to Sansa, without whom Jon and his army would have undoubtedly been destroyed. Speaking with Variety about what the future holds for Sansa in Season 7, Sophie Turner revealed: "I actually don’t know because of the way last season left off. There are so many options. She could run with Littlefinger and become a villain and sadistic. Or she could also team up with her brother Jon.”

A lot of us here at melty feel that Sansa could let everyone, including the audience, believe that she would accept Littlefinger's proposal, only to mercilessly murder him for selling her off to Ramsay in Season 5. But one can only hope. We recently questioned whether Sansa and Jon's sibling rivalry could melt away due to Bran's revelation about Jon's parentage. However, Tuner seemed to have other thoughts surrounding her character's death, which is no doubt something the actors on the show contemplate, as Game of Thrones is without question one of the most ruthless series on television right now. Turner voiced her wishes for Sansa's potential death by explaining: "A long, slow episode-lasting death, where it’s just one long scene of my death and no one else. And it’s going to be the last episode of the last season.” The Lady of Winterfell deserves nothing less. What do you think that Sansa should do in Season 7?
